Registration Fee
Participation is confirmed only after completing
the registration form and receiving the participant fee: €50.
Registration follows a "first come, first served" principle, based on the date of payment.
Registration Confirmation
Registrations are processed and confirmed manually. Therefore, it may take a few days before you receive confirmation.
Waiting List
A waiting list will be activated once the maximum number of participants has been reached.
Event Cancellation
If the event is unexpectedly cancelled, we will refund the participant fee minus €10 to cover preliminary costs.
Transferring Your Entry
If you are unable to participate, you may transfer your entry to someone on the waiting list.
Please contact us via the Contact page, and we will arrange the transfer and refund (minus €10).
If the waiting list is empty, the transfer option expires and no refund will be issued.
Start & Finish
112 km: Start and finish in Meerlo
64 km: Start in Griendtsveen, finish in Meerlo.
Transport for 64 km
Transport to the start location in Griendtsveen will be available.
Bib Pickup & On-Site Registration
Date and time to be announced.
Emergencies
Your bib will include a phone number to call in case of emergency (e.g., injury, withdrawal, etc.).
This number connects to race HQ at 't Kasteelke. If you withdraw early, the organization will arrange transport to the finish location.
If you leave the trail early and arrange your own transport, please still notify HQ via the emergency number.
In life-threatening situations, always call 112 first.
Checkpoints
There will be 8 checkpoints (excluding the finish).
Drop Bags
112 km: One drop bag (max. 5 kg) available at the halfway point (km 56.3).
Must be labeled with your name.
Use a waterproof and durable bag to prevent damage during transport.
Drop off your bag before the start in the designated trailer.
64 km: No drop bag.
However, you may hand in a small bag (labeled with your name) at the start, which we will return to the finish.
Trackers
We will attach a tracker to your race vest/backpack do not remove it.
To ensure proper GPS and GSM signal, the tracker must remain uncovered.
After the race (or if you withdraw), return the tracker to a race official.
Food & Drinks at Checkpoints
The Ultra Trail and Walk are self-supported (except for drinks), meaning you must bring enough food to complete the distance.
At checkpoints, drinks such as water, cola, and orange soda will be available.
There will also be small snacks — and of course, "Limburgse vlaai" at CP5 only.
Cut-Off Times & Checkpoint Closures
112 km Trail Run: 18 hours
112 km Walk: 20 hours
64 km Trail: 10 hours
Checkpoints close based on average pace calculations: 112 km Trail: 6.22 km/h, 112 km Walk: 5.6 km/h, 64 km Trail: 6.4 km/h.
If you do not reach a checkpoint in time or choose to withdraw, you will receive a DNF (Did Not Finish) status.
If you continue after receiving a DNF, it is at your own risk, and you will no longer receive support from the organization.
Do I Need a GPS Device to Follow the Route?
Yes.
The ultra trail route deviates from the original Petranpad as shown on the Horst a/d Maas landscape website.
You must follow the official GPX route provided by the organization, even if physical trail markers indicate otherwise.
GPX File
The GPX file will be provided during the week leading up to the event.
It is for use only during the event, as the route crosses private land with special permission.
Parking in Meerlo (Start/Finish)
Parking at t Kasteelke in Meerlo is not allowed.
Public, free parking is available nearby (within 300 meters), such as the village square opposite the church and around the pharmacy.

If full, you may park in surrounding streets — just follow local traffic regulations.
Accommodation
There are plenty of nearby options including B&Bs, campsites, and hotels.
Camping at the start/finish location is not allowed.
